Building and Energy Engineer
Starting from practical building needs, I analyse technical problems, assess performance, design and justify configurations, and compare possible alternatives. To do so, I combine calculation, simulation, experimentation and Python tool development.
My curiosity and enjoyment of learning drive me to explore new methods and continuously develop my skills. Programming and AI help me turn this learning into practical tools, automate studies and deepen the analysis of results.
Professional experience

Today: Head of Engineering Department
I am responsible for an engineering function dedicated to polycarbonate cladding and roofing systems. Engineering these systems draws on thermal engineering, solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, acoustics, optics, and wind and snow loads.
The role has three main components:
- Technical support for complex projects.
- Development of products, construction solutions and substantiation methods.
- Maintenance of technical documentation and certifications.

Previous experience
- Energy and technical audit engineer: audits of existing buildings, monitoring of collective boiler plant operation and comparison of the environmental impact of insulation materials.
- Cost estimator for commercial buildings: preparation of tender responses and development of tools to support the department.
- Team member on an experimental construction project: study of data centre integration in urban areas, including financial monitoring, energy assessment, stakeholder coordination, demonstrators and experiment reviews.
